Making the Ratings Tile

I made this because we aren't allowed to use found images in our media coursework. I found a picture of a ratings tile on the trailer for 'The Young Victoria' because google images only had American ratings (e.g. R, PG-13) and I wanted PG. I then used quicktime player in order to turn it into a video so we could put it at the beginning of out trailer.
